Our online returns center will guide you through the return process - you can even print out a return label. Please send your returned goods back to us when they are packaged. We will notify you via email when we have processed your refund. Please refer to our return policy page.
If you place your order before 3pm Eastern Time on weekdays, all stock items you order will be shipped the next business day (except holidays).You will receive an email containing your tracking information from a Courier company (Purolator, Canada Post, Loomis Express, DICOM) within 24 hours.If any item you ordered is out of stock, or your order requires multiple shipments, you will receive an email from the Courier with each shipment.Once shipping information is provided, you can also track your order on our website by selecting the "Track Orders" header menu.
Refunds may take several days, as it depends on the processing time of your financial institution
A shipping charge applies to all orders. The shipping charge will be calculated based on the destination (Postal Code). Our shipping service covers most areas in Canada. You will be noticed via email or phone call if your areas are not deliverable, the order will be cancelled accordingly.
In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we pack orders all day in a row and ship them every working day. This may make it difficult to change or cancel the order. However, we will make every effort to accommodate changes in orders or cancellations whenever possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service at 648-685-9588.
We temporary only sell and delivery in Canada
If some of the products are out of stock at the time of your order, we will ship the products in stock immediately and the remaining products will be shipped through ground service when the stock is replenished.No additional shipping charges are applicable to orders with more than one shipment.
We know that many of the items we sell are fragile, and despite our best efforts, breakages will occasionally occur. If you receive an order with a damaged item, just contact us and we will be happy to provide you with refund or a replacement. Due to the limited number of cases, some projects are not eligible for replacement. In this case, refund will be provided.
